Subscription At She Moves Fitness (Shemovesfitness.com), all our plans are subscription-based. This is billed monthly or annually, depending on your plan.
If you entered SheMoves with a promotion, only your first month is discounted. Subsequent charges will be at the current price of your plan.
Payments For subscription payments and in our online store, you can use any debit or credit card to make the purchase. If your card was declined, this may be due to factors external to us, such as insufficient balance, your card being flagged for fraud risk, or the system unable to verify your address corresponding to the card.
Recommendations:
Enter the address linked to your bank account in the "BILLING ADDRESS" section.Use a card that you regularly use for online purchases.Verify with your bank that you want to make a charge. Often, it sends an SMS or email to verify the purchase.Make the purchase from a device and location you frequently use.
Currently, we do not accept cash payments for subscription plans.
If you want to purchase an item from our store and make your payment in cash, send us an email at info@shemovesfitness.com, and we will provide you with the deposit or transfer details.
Refund We hope you have the best experience at SheMoves!
We can provide a refund equivalent to 1 month of subscription in the following cases:
Duplicate purchase, meaning you bought another subscription while having an active one. You added two or more subscriptions to the cart when purchasing your membership.
If you plan to be absent for only 1 month (due to travel, work, etc.), we recommend not canceling your plan, and we can skip the payment for the month you will be away.
Send us an email at info@shemovesfitness.com to assist you with your refund.
Subscription Change We always have promotions!
If you want to change your monthly plan to purchase a larger plan (3 months or 1 year), we recommend canceling your current plan from your account and purchasing the new plan.
If you still have remaining paid months, these can be applied to your new plan.
Cancellation To cancel your subscription:

Log in by clicking on the menu where it says "LOG IN."

Click on "MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS" just below Order History.

Click on "SUBSCRIPTIONS"; here, you'll see your current plan.

Click on the right side where it says "CANCEL."
Once your plan is canceled, you will no longer have access to SheMovesFitness.com even if you have days remaining in your month. We recommend canceling a few days before to fully enjoy the paid month.
