Chose videos by length, energy level or body part focus. I believe that training must be practiced daily, therefore prescribing 6 workouts per week, all ranging in length between 15-30 min.
I’m only halfway through January so far and I love it so much!! My body has been through 2 pregnancies so far and I’ve noticed this has strengthened places that weakened postpartum: my inner thighs, my ability to get up from the floor to standing, the integrity of my core, and surprisingly my feet! I’m feeling stronger and more energetic every day. Thanks Marina!!

I love this program. I use to do the free class on Sundays and I always felt so good after so I decided to just go for it and purchase for the year. I’ve been following the weekly schedule. I love how you focus on one side at a time. I realize my left side needs a lot of improvement, I’m so off balanced on that side.

I’m two weeks in and love it so far. There are no jerky and fast movements that let you ignore your core while exercising which is very important to me because of my back pain. I love the weekly schedule because it’s perfectly balanced in activity and level of challenge. It also takes all the guesswork out of having to pick a workout. The workouts are never longer than 35 minutes which fits into my daily schedule.

I love following the weekly schedule but at the same time to be able to modify it if needed. It’s very efficient, i can feel it in all my muscles each day and the breathing part is stunning, so efficient !!! I also like how Marina describes each exercice, i feel as if i had a coach at home.
