Smart Glutes Training #12

Why Smart? Because it trains glutes through 3 Planes. Our body can anatomically move in three planes : side -to-side, front & back, or rotationally, respectively, therefore to train them effectively, we work them through natural planes.

Sorry for loads of typos. What I meant was, I was missing any modifications to the exercises. I am not a beginner and the exercise with the lick on the wall was pretty difficult. I could not do it and my leg was sliding off the wall. The exercise with the hip rise and straight leg out to the side not a very beginner friendly either, could not do it, but there was no alternative

Hi Hanna! Sorry to hear you found this workout too challenging for you. These moves are indeed difficult, when you make them for the first time. But don't get discouraged, we will be doing more of this and very soon you will find they become easier for you. I apologize for not giving modifications, it's the first time someone reports them being too difficult. I will take it in consideration. If you again come across some moves like these, get back to me and I will give you ideas for modification

I like to work out, however even though I’m not a beginner, the leg on the wall was impossible for me to do. My leg was a sliding of the wall and I had the back pain. Also hip race on books with leg straight out to decide was also pretty impossible to do.

Hello Hanna, I'm really sorry you felt that about the workout, Last week I already started marking weekly calendar based on difficulity, I will also set these into programs so you can stick to easy or moderate workouts if you hopefully stay around :) Wish you the best in your fitness journey if that's not the case.
