Love this flow! This is my second time doing it - such a good way to start the day! I feel much looser and mobile. Wondering when you do the single leg knee/hip circles, are you going clockwise or counterclockwise or both? Both seemed to feel good for me!
Hi Lisa!this is cool that you have got your favorites! as for the hip circles, normally the clockwise, sometimes both directions(but in this case i will let you know), or simply do the direction that feels the most right for you.
