I really love your classes and I’m so happy I found you about a year ago. There is one thing that I have issues with, and that’s the breathing. I never know when to breath in or out, unless you mention it. Usually you do, but often enough you don’t and for someone like me who has no clue (and usually ends up guessing wrong! 😅), I really would appreciate if you could be somewhat overly clear about it 😬 If possible! 🩷 Or maybe I’m taking the breathing over seriously 😌🙏🏼
HI, Malin! thank you for the feedback, i will try to remind more often. However, just have this in mind - exhale whenever there is an effort. Dont worry, it will become automatic you won't even notice!
It was harder than i thought 😉 but i feel really good now.
