Lilia Benjamin I get a good burn out of these feel good workouts. wondering if it's ok that my heels can't stay on the ground when doing the squat all the way down.
Hi Lilia, amazing! there could be many reasons for your heels not touching the ground in squats, but one thing i can tell, the more you do them, the better you will be becoming. Also in all Smart Glutes classes we focus a lot on hip and ankle mobility so it shall help!
