Very sweaty workout! But not too overly intense. Exactly what I needed today when a little under the weather. Can you tell us how many kg dumbbell / kettlebell you are using at the beginning of each class? I usually do 2kg when you say pick lighter but sometimes its not clear when I should go heavier :)

Hi Leana! sure i can say that, i normally dont because whats heavy for me is light for you or opposite:) i would still recommend to orientate on your own strength.
