Who’d have thought using a wall to isolate your shoulder and improve posture could give you such a good work out. Great but simple feature. I love your workouts👏🏻

Great exercises for mobility. Still difficult, this one with a wall. 🤦‍♀️ Looks very simple, but... just keep myself doing. 🤷‍♀️
