Smart Glutes Training #2
Why Smart? Because it trains glutes through 3 Planes. Our body can anatomically move in three planes : side -to-side, front & back, or rotationally, respectively, therefore to train them effectively, we work them through natural planes.
Really enjoyed playing with the elastic !!
And being travelling on the road (with cold cold and windy weather) I managed to do it inside my camper (double mobility lol)
