Why Smart? Because it trains glutes through 3 Planes. Our body can anatomically move in three planes : side -to-side, front & back, or rotationally, respectively, therefore to train them effectively, we work them through natural planes.

It was a lot of core and upper movements with some lower exercises. Very doable. Hard to keep up with some movements as my body still a bit stiff. I really enjoyed the challenge. Ty!

The core worked so much in this one, it was a very good one ! I didn’t feel much the legs however, I Will do another glutes one this week !
