Why Smart? Because it trains glutes through 3 Planes. Our body can anatomically move in three planes : side -to-side, front & back, or rotationally, respectively, therefore to train them effectively, we work them through natural planes.

Wow, I am sweating! It was about 8-9 for me. I liked the slow squats! Very effective but low injury risk. Thank you!
