Smart Glutes Training #29
Why Smart? Because it trains glutes through 3 Planes. Our body can anatomically move in three planes : side -to-side, front & back, or rotationally, respectively, therefore to train them effectively, we work them through natural planes.
I wasn’t able to finish this one when I tried it at the beginning of July. Tabatas at the end of a workout? Too hard! Today I finished it. It’s a tough one. 8.5-9 for sure, but progress comes with persistence.
