Smart Glutes Training #34
Why Smart? Because it trains glutes through 3 Planes. Our body can anatomically move in three planes : side -to-side, front & back, or rotationally, respectively, therefore to train them effectively, we work them through natural planes.
Wow! This felt great and challenging 💕
yay!love good lil challenge:)
This was SO GOOD! One of my favorites so far!
thank you Taylor, save it to your favorites, on the low motivation day there will be sth to come back to:)
that was so good. I found the pigeon where you bring the opposite leg in front and arms are up in the air and rise from the torso so challenging. might mean I need some more core work?? used my hand to help me rise up to kneeing, but hope in time I will get stronger with that move and wont need my hand
well done, dont get disencouraged, you will get there. Glad you used some support to rise up, it will get easier with practice, i promise!
Loved the bands. I’m not yet close to being able to lift hips/kneel from pigeon. What are the tips to build up to that?
hey there, its totally fine!following the program would help you develop hips strength and mobility. but also trying this move more often can also help!
Great workout. Love the hip mobility exercises, especially the pigeon to kneeling. My 51 year old self needs more moves like this 🙌
oh thank you,Lisa!glad you've enjoyed it!you're a rockstar!
