Smart Glutes Training #44

Why Smart? Because it trains glutes through 3 Planes. Our body can anatomically move in three planes : side -to-side, front & back, or rotationally, respectively, therefore to train them effectively, we work them through natural planes.

A challenge for body and mind! I loved the triple clap exercise 👏
I was actually more stable lowering down than usual because I was focused on the clap behind my leg! Way to always keep us thinking Marina!
