Hip Opening Flow #7

This hip opening yoga practice will improve your range of motion in your hips. This makes everyday movements like walking, climbing stars and getting up from a seated position much easier. It can also reduce back pain because hip flexor stretches decrease tightness which leads to pain. So let's open our hips together.

Just what I needed! My left hip is much tighter than my right and these moves were so helpful! I used blocks for the pigeon pose and the half splits and really tried to listen to my body instead of being disappointed that I am not as flexible as I would like, this made it so much more enjoyable 🧘‍♀️
