Great workout! I rate intensity at 8 but I am quite unfit. I paced myself and used a lighter weight in round 3.

I have started regular training just the last week so this one was quite challenging, oh yes :D Had to switch to a 4 kg kettlebells for squats specifically from the round 2, but for the rest managed with a 6 kg one. Great workout and stretching at the end, thank you so much ^_^
super cool Olga! Best is to always listen to your body, take me as your guide, but you are the only one who knows whats best for you. Modify but show up the next day!
