I only managed to do three rounds, but I did repeat the dynamic sequence with shoulder blades three times during the first set. What can I say? I feel like Hulk now :D Amazing! I'm having a swimming session later, so I guess I'll destroy the pool with my massive strokes thanks to the strengthened shoulders, haha.
