Smart Glutes Training #7
Why Smart? Because it trains glutes through 3 Planes. Our body can anatomically move in three planes : side -to-side, front & back, or rotationally, respectively, therefore to train them effectively, we work them through natural planes.
This is the first video I’ve done where I could not do one of the moves. Bringing the leg around to the front to half kneeling. Now I’m wondering how I can modify to work up to that movement over time. 🤔

Great!! A bit behind this week but pretty nice to have access to what feels right any day of the week!! Need to work on more mobility to help this lady’s old hips😅 ty!

Very nice, found it nearly impossible to stand with crosses legs at the end, but thank you for your tip to have the leg further a way, it helped to manage it (in an ugly way but I will get there 😂)
