Why Smart? Because it trains glutes through 3 Planes. Our body can anatomically move in three planes : side -to-side, front & back, or rotationally, respectively, therefore to train them effectively, we work them through natural planes.

Nice workout! My legs are hurting, instead of the glutes (weak spot). What to do?

Hi Jo, I would suggest not to skip the Smart Glutes workouts, I am giving lots of tips on activating the glutes throughout the session. It will come with practice, I promise!
