Smart Glutes Training #38
Why Smart? Because it trains glutes through 3 Planes. Our body can anatomically move in three planes : side -to-side, front & back, or rotationally, respectively, therefore to train them effectively, we work them through natural planes.

The balancing is such a challenge for me. Just got a 12 month membership. Hoping to see improvements over this next year! Taking it one workout at a time! 💪🏼
