Why Smart? Because it trains glutes through 3 Planes. Our body can anatomically move in three planes : side -to-side, front & back, or rotationally, respectively, therefore to train them effectively, we work them through natural planes.

This was a humbling workout session. First workout back after 6 weeks off because of 3 sick kids and holiday madness. I feel like I’m starting all over again after showing up consistently for months. Realizing the importance of daily movement even if there is chaos and sickness. Felt good to finish this one 🙂
