Smart Glutes Training #42

Why Smart? Because it trains glutes through 3 Planes. Our body can anatomically move in three planes : side -to-side, front & back, or rotationally, respectively, therefore to train them effectively, we work them through natural planes.

A great wake up for my glutes. I have a weak right glute so the unilateral work is brilliant to help strengthen.

Not sure why I loved the kicking segment so much, but I did! 😆 The butterflies 🦋 started off innocent but by the end , wow 🌶️. I really got to feel all the work happening with no weights today! Loved this.

i believe we all enjoy kicking at times, there is always some energy to let out:P glad you've enjoyed it all!
