Perfect core massage! 6/10 for me except for that “pull your leg through the plank” move, that one is 10/10 :)

I loved it!!! Thanks so much for another great workout Marina! I also found some movements challenging. For example, I couldn't go up with my right leg while the other was crossed (I think on min 19) ;(. I will save it to try again! :)
