I have to find altermatives to lunges as my tight quads tendons struggle but everything else works well for me. Will keep stretching them but Amy tips would be helpful
Hi Emma! try adding a few extra Feel Good classes to your week, best if you could start your day with it. and then have another 30 min class during the day, or have two of them:) you can find all the Feel Good classes in the Feel Good program .
