Loved the mix, maybe a 6 apart from side plank which I could feel in my pelvis (I’m 7 months postpartum & felt the shooting pains like when I was carrying baby, maybe I still have some strength to regain in this area).

Hi Stephanie, try doing the side plank with knees bent next time! let me know if this felt better for you
