This was a nice intensity. Probably an 8. I was using a heavy weight. I would have had to g lower if the intensity was more.

Ok, I was already in bed with my youngest and didn‘t feel it….got up anyway, said might as well and did the entire workout with 8kg …Even the over shoulder lifts 🤩 7/10

I loved this workout. Challenging but kept me going. Kept switching to lighter weights on the overhead lifts but tried with heavier ones first. Thanks Marina

I love this workout. The warmup loosens me up, I work hard, and the mobility at the end feels awesome. I'm getting better at the planks where we bring the back leg to the front. I don't look as smooth as you do, but I am working on it!
