A few months ago i performed this workout with a 3kg dumbell and used a 5kg kettlebell for a couple of exercises ..
Today i managed to perform the entire workout with a 5kg kettlebell and used an 8kg kettlebell to a couple of exercises 💪🏼💪🏼
