Love it! The question is about weights. Same weight for all movements or should I change depending on how strong I feel? I did it that way and wonder if there is a reason for have only same weight :)

Hello Tatsiana, best if you have a selection of weights so as you can jump to heavier or opposite. Great question, thx!
